A Russian oil tanker arrived in Cuba Monday, said the Kremlin, despite a de facto US fuel blockade as President Donald Trump has turned up the political pressure on ‌the Caribbean island in recent days. But on Sunday, Trump appeared to relax his tone, claiming the Russian tanker was just "a boat of oil" and its cargo of 730,000 barrels of crude was "not going to matter".
